This highly regarded multi-practice firm is looking for a talented family lawyer to lead a team of 6 family lawyers at varying levels.

The firm has a number of offices throughout Western Australia and this position will be based in the eastern suburbs of Perth. They are looking for a senior lawyer with previous experience in successfully leading and motivating a family law team. The firm prefers an enthusiastic and pro-active approach and this position will see you joining the firm's senior management team.

The Family Law Team works together as a cohesive team and a management plan is devised for every client. The team meets for weekly team meetings which ensure that everyone is provided with appropriate support and that all matters are properly dealt with. You will be joining a contented and successful team with very little staff turnover. The team does have continued scope for growth.

In addition to leading the family law team you will be comfortable dealing with a full range of family law matters across both property and children's matters.

This position is ideally suited to a lawyer at Partner or brink Partner level or an ambitious Senior Associate looking to take the next step in their career. Any client base or following that a candidate can bring will be highly though of but is not essential for the position.
